مشکل invalid process handle specified در Microsoft .NET Framework

من یه هک زدم که وقتی اونو باز می کنم و اکی رو می زنم که هک کنه پیام زیر رو میده (قبلا کار می کرد الان کار نمی کنه)

To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

مطمئنم که مشکل تو خود برنامه نیست چون مثل قبل نصب کردم و قبلا هم مثل ساعت کار می کرد حالا نمی دونم چی شده
در ضمن ویندوزم هم به خاطر یه ویروس کش که اینو حذف کرده بود ولی خود ویروس کش حذف نمیشد دوباره نصب کردم.
